The Actor’s Physical Activity from the Perspective of Sport Rehabilitation
Actors in movement are not only artists performing before an audience but also athletes, so they should be aware of certain processes and methods of training, regeneration and post-workout compensation. By understanding these processes and methods, they can minimize injuries and pain, or even prevent them. The lecture will address the complexity of the actor’s physical activity, the ways of reducing overexertion resulting from intense physical activity, and forms of post-workout compensation.
